Because mznah POS is a digital product delivered instantly, please review the terms below before purchasing.
- Desktop (one-time) — you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if your license key has not been activated on a device. Once the license is activated, refunds are not available.
- Multi-device (one-time) — same 14-day window applies if no license has been activated on any device. After activation, refunds are not available.
- Online plan (setup) — the setup fee is fully refundable before onboarding work begins. Once setup work has started (custom storefront, data migration, team training), the fee becomes non-refundable.
- Cancellation — you may cancel at any time before activation or before setup work begins by emailing us. Cancellation after these milestones follows the same rules as refunds above.
