批次、效期与 FEFO
按 SKU 追踪批次和效期。First-Expiry-First-Out 自动优先出售最近效期的批次 — 货架上不留过期品。
库存审计与加权平均成本
只增不删的库存流水日志,按你设定的阈值低库存预警,每次进货都重新计算加权平均成本。
供应商与采购
供应商档案、采购订单与完整采购历史。采购数据导出 CSV 给你的会计。
增值税引擎
店铺级可配置增值税率,可按商品覆盖为零税率或免税。每张小票都有税额拆分。
折扣码与促销
带过期日期和使用次数限制的折扣码,在网店结账时校验。门店购物车手动折扣需店长审批。
客户档案
包含电话、联系信息、消费历史与余额的档案 — 在购物车中即可搜索。

离线优先的云同步

Before you pay
Delivery & refund policies
mznah POS is a digital product. Please review how delivery and refunds work before completing your purchase.
How you receive mznah POS
mznah POS is delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment. Once your payment is confirmed by our payment processor, you receive:
- Desktop & multi-device plans — your 10-year license key is generated on the success page and emailed to the address you provide at checkout. macOS (.dmg) and Windows (.exe) installers are available on the same page.
- Online plan — your account is provisioned by our team within one business day. We reach out to you by email to schedule store setup, storefront configuration, and team onboarding.
License keys are typically issued within a few seconds of a successful payment. If you don't receive your key, contact us at:
Internet connection required for activation. No physical goods are shipped.
Refund & cancellation policy
Because mznah POS is a digital product delivered instantly, please review the terms below before purchasing.
- Desktop (one-time) — you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if your license key has not been activated on a device. Once the license is activated, refunds are not available.
- Multi-device (one-time) — same 14-day window applies if no license has been activated on any device. After activation, refunds are not available.
- Online plan (setup) — the setup fee is fully refundable before onboarding work begins. Once setup work has started (custom storefront, data migration, team training), the fee becomes non-refundable.
- Cancellation — you may cancel at any time before activation or before setup work begins by emailing us. Cancellation after these milestones follows the same rules as refunds above.
To request a refund or cancellation, contact us with your order ID:
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled by Kashier, our payment processor.
